Calling all vendors!

Hundreds of visitors converge for a weekend immersed in nature-based spiritual paths, music and daily entertainment. Our dedicated festival market team meticulously reviews vendor applications to ensure product quality and relevance to our themes. We strive to maintain a diverse marketplace, preventing saturation of any one product category. 

Our marketplace provides a designated space for vending, ensuring visibility without disrupting private campsites. Set up your display according to your preference; the choice is yours. Plus, as a vendor, you're welcome to participate in any programmed events at your leisure. 

Please fill out the submission form to apply. Feel free to include any logos or headshots you'd like us to use for promotional materials.

Things To Note:

• Vendor registration fees are the same as participant fees and cover your booth space. Additional booth attendees must also register and pay admission.
• Vendors are also welcome to advertise in our program booklet for $100 per half page. 
• You may bring any signage or POS materials you'd like, as long as they do not create a safety hazard or impede movement through the camp. Please plan according to weather as all spaces are outdoors.
• Booth spaces are approximately 12 square feet. You are required to provide your own equipment as the festival only provides the allotted spaced. For larger spaces, speak with us ahead of time to make arrangements. 
• You will be responsible for setting up and tearing down as well as maintaining your booth. We do not take responsibility for any damages that occur while you are here. Booths must be attended during market hours 11am - 5pm. 
• To ensure safety and compliance, vendors must carry commercial liability insurance. Please note, the sale of alcohol is prohibited.
